- EasyStaff Invoice (card or PayPal);✦ For commissions over 200 USD: 50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval;✦ Payment must be completed within 48 hours of confirmation.🔁 REFUND POLICY✦ Refunds are not available once work has started;
✦ If the artist cancels the commission, a full refund will be issued;✦ If the client is unresponsive for more than 3 months after payment, the commission is considered abandoned and non-refundable;✦ Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in a permanent blacklist.

📅 WORKING PROCESS:✦ If there is no response within 48 hours, I may move to the next commission;✦ After 7 days, the commission may be paused;✦ After 30 days, it may be archived until further contact;✦ Average turnaround time: 3 weeks to 2 months;✦ Deadlines must be agreed upon before work begins;✦ Commissions are completed in queue order;✏️ REVISIONS✦ Up to 3 major revisions are included at the sketch stage.✦ At the rendering stage, only minor adjustments (small color or detail corrections) are included.Final files include:✦ High resolution file (~3000px on the larger side, 200 DPI)✦ Web version (1000–1200px PNG)

©️ COPYRIGHT & USAGE:✦ The artist retains full copyright to the artwork.✦ The client receives rights for personal, non-commercial use only (profile pictures, personal posts, non-profit projects).✦ Proper credit is required when posting the artwork publicly.✦ Commercial use requires a separate agreement;✦ The client may NOT:
- Use the artwork for commercial purposes without purchasing commercial rights;- Mint, sell, or use the artwork in NFT or blockchain-related projects;- Use the artwork for AI training, datasets, or machine learning purposes;- Remove the artist’s signature or watermark;- Heavily modify, alter, or redraw the artwork.
